Mediation experience:
A leading silk and SCMA Advisory Board member, he has an extensive practice as a commercial mediator, has been a member of the Bar ADR Committee since 2001 and Chair, ADR Sub-committee on China and Mediation since 2005. He was Chairman of the Quality Assurance Committee of the Bar Standards Board, and regularly trains in mediation in England and abroad. He was awarded the 2007 ADR Group Mediation Award for outstanding services to mediation for his work in training mediators in India'. He appeared in Halsey on behalf of the ADR Group. He has lectured on mediation in Italy and China
