- Financial Services Regulatory and Professional negligence.

- Disputes arising from company acquisitions share sales, including contested stock levels, warranties, book debts and deferred consideration.

- Personal appointment by The Crown Court Judge to mediate between parties on defined civil issues arising in the context of ongoing criminal proceedings.

- acting as mediation advocate in a broad range of commercial and personal mediations.
